Tom has been part of the 1st Securities Mortgage team since February 2016. His priority has been to develop strategic business relationships with builders, realtors, management companies and other service partners. These partnerships benefit all of our customers by providing easy access to services across the industry.

Tom has a degree from University of California, Los Angeles, with training in business, management, marketing, and support services. With over 20 years’ experience in marketing and business development within the real estate industry, he has a lot to offer to 1st Securities Mortgage business partners. Todd Caldwell is a licensed Mortgage Broker with 1st Securities Mortgage. He has been working as a broker since 2004 with experience in Michigan and Illinois. He has a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. He has a wife, a teenage daughter, and two dogs, an Australian Shepherd and border collier. He has been scuba diver since he was 16 and tries to vacation each year in Cancun.

David Epstein is the Vice President of New Construction at 1st Securities Mortgage, licensed in Michigan and Florida. He has 23 years of mortgage industry experience, along with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Michigan State University. He is a resident of West Bloomfield, and an avid golfer who enjoys the outdoors, and playing basketball with his two boys. David says:

Dave was recruited to expand the 1st Securities Mortgage presence in the southeast region, with his focus on providing service in Alabama. Dave grew up in Detroit, MI, and graduated from Marine City High School. After high school, Dave joined the U.S. Army, where he served for 20 years, both as an enlisted Military Policeman and a Warrant Officer flying UH-60 Blackhawks. Dave has lived and worked throughout Central America and the Middle East and is fluent in Spanish. Dave currently lives in Chancellor Alabama with his wife, 3 children and 5 grandchildren.

Dennis Glover has been in the mortgage business since 2003 and has been affiliated with 1st Securities Mortgage as a Loan Originator since 2008.  Dennis holds both a BS and MBA degrees in finance and an MST degree in taxation. Dennis has been a residential home developer and manages real estate investments, along with his family farm. 

With clients in both Michigan and Florida and with extensive knowledge of a wide range of mortgage products, Dennis knows how to get you into the home of your dreams with the best possible financing arrangements.  

Fouzia (Fo) is a highly respected loan originator working closely with homebuyers and their realtors. She is able to shop multiple wholesale lenders to find the best loan program that fits the client's goals. Clients feel knowledgeable and confident about the mortgage process when working with Fo. 

Tracey Okonski has been with 1st Securities Mortgage since 2016.  She began her mortgage career as a mortgage processor in 1998. Throughout her career Tracey advanced from processing into becoming an Area Sales Manager for a large mortgage lender.  After the 2008 mortgage crash she returned to retail and opened her own successful mortgage processing company.  She eventually sold her business and advanced into Underwriting at large bank for a few years until a division shutdown that brought her to 1st Securities as a mortgage loan officer.  – With her strong mortgage background and knowledge, Tracey not only originators loans but also provides strong support to the mortgage operation department with processing, closing and funding loans.
