Eric has been a licensed mortgage loan originator since 2020, and very excited to be helping individuals and families through 1st Securities for their mortgage needs. Prior to joining 1st Securities, Eric was with a large lender where he was awarded "Circle of Champions” for the entirety of 2021 signifying top 10% of loans funded company wide in portfolio refinance division. He also funded over $165M in refinance loans in 2021, again making him one of the top producers company-wide. When he’s not originating loans, Eric can be seen performing on stage at regional theatres across the country. He is married with two beautiful daughters and enjoys playing his guitar, watching his girls play volleyball and running around with their two Beagle-mix dogs.
