Every application we receive is assigned to a licensed loan originator, who oversees the file from beginning to end. Because we view your loan application as a collaboration, we want you to know the loan originator you will work with.

Chris Antonelli – Processing Manager

Mortgages and lending agreements involve a lot of details. From processing applications to making sure documents are ready for closing, processors work behind the scenes to make sure your mortgage experience goes smoothly.

Chris Antonelli is the Processing Manager for 1st Securities Mortgage. She leads the team of processors to take your application from start to finish. She has been with us since 2007, and has over 25 years experience in the mortgage industry. She is a resident of Waterford. When asked what she loves most about her job, Chris says “The people I work with.”

Chris Beeman – Compliance Manager

It is up to Compliance Manager Chris Beeman to make sure 1st Securities Financial meets all the consumer protection regulations set out by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. We take your financial safety seriously, so we ask Chris to ensure we do everything necessary to protect you, your privacy, and your economic interests. While individual borrowers may never meet Chris directly, he is working hard for your interests.

Chris Beeman has been with 1st Securities Mortgage since 2009. He has 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. A resident of Waterford, he enjoys golf and cooking.

Kevin Bledsoe – Senior Sales Coordinator

Kevin Bledsoe is the Senior Sales Coordinator at 1st Securities Mortgage. He has been with us since 2013, and in the industry over 25 years. He works as an Executive Assistant, aiding our executive team with loan applications. He works with some of Michigan’s largest builders to secure mortgage financing for their clients.

Sara DeNardo – Processor- Team Rubin

Sara was introduced to the mortgage industry in 2015, processing for one of Michigan’s top producing loan officers, Joshua Rubin. She’s been a Senior Processor since joining 1st Securities in the Spring of 2018 when Josh’s company, Horizon Financial Group, was acquired by 1st Securities. Her 20 years of customer service experience plays a big role in her teams’ success. Her team calls her Nancy Drew because if there is a problem to be solved, Sara is on it! She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, either traveling, attending concerts, dining out, or just relaxing at home with a good book in hand.
